Our Approach

The "unlawful detainer" process is one of the most frustrating processes in the state of California. Many people have no idea what to do next after a 30, 60, 90 or even 3-day notice is posted on their door. What is even worse, is having to figure out how to evict your tenant when they have "over-stayed" their welcome. We employ the best attorney in the business and a series of legal assistants to help you through the process. You don't need any one else other than the Slam Dunk Team!

Our Story

Frustrated with eviction services that did not "streamline" the process, our attorney and her team of legal assistants decided it was time for a change. People need an advocate on both sides of eviction, from landlord to tenant and Slam Dunk Legal was the answer.
